Interior design for a boutique bakery where the creative process takes center stage. The space was meticulously planned to reflect the brand's core values: enveloping warmth, elegant simplicity, aesthetic precision, and high quality. At the clients' request, the principle of transparency guided the design program. The internal facades were opened up, leaving the baking area completely exposed, creating a direct, barrier-free dialogue between the bakers and the customers. The result is an honest space that combines meticulous aesthetics with an authentic experience of craftsmanship.

To celebrate the constant flow of freshly baked goods, the space was designed to accommodate high turnover with generous, open display areas that keep the pastries front and center. The chosen material palette tells the story of the bakery's essence: warm terracotta and beige ceramics wrap the space, evoking the comforting heat of traditional ovens and the artisanal soul of baking. In striking contrast, sleek stainless steel surfaces introduce an element of pristine cleanliness and culinary professionalism, creating a perfect balance between a rustic, welcoming atmosphere and a high-end workspace

Placing the art of baking at the absolute forefront, the spatial layout is anchored by a magnificent, three-meter-long handcrafted table. Positioned directly in the center of the room, this table serves as the beating heart of the shop. It is not merely a display, but an active focal point that dictates the rhythm of the space, with all customer circulation and vibrant daily movement flowing naturally around it. This central element celebrates the baked goods as true masterpieces, drawing everyone into the shared experience of the bakery.
